Since 1995, I have dedicated myself to helping people. Combining my education and training with nearly 25 years of experience, my mission is simply to help you feel better.

How you feel during our work together is a crucial element in therapy. While the techniques and strategies I have to share will be beneficial for you, nothing will truly resonate without a meaningful connection in the therapeutic process.
So whether a family, a child, a teen, or an adult, my primary goal is ensuring that you feel comfortable, safe, heard, and supported. Only then can we get to the heart of helping you feel better.

Mind & Body Connection to Wellness
A mind and body connection is integrated into my therapeutic approach to feeling better. In order to foster wellness and help people feel better from a more holistic perspective, I enrolled in a 200 yoga teacher training program in 2014. With the knowledge and skills gained from this training, I've able to bring a thoughtful mind & body connection to my therapeutic work with people.

Balance-Mind & Body hosted its 17th class series for teen girls and its 13th consecutive SOLD OUT series! Through this date, Balance has empowered and supported over 150 girls and 75 women!
September, 2019
Balance-Mind & Body hosted its first-ever Retreat for Teen Girls.

With my new, larger office space, I will be able to bring the spirit and skills of Balance to my work with individual clients.

A Little More About Me
When I am not helping people or leading classes through Balance-Mind and Body, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenage sons. Together, we love spending time outdoors, hiking and camping. I also enjoy reading, stand up paddle boarding, yoga, and going on long walks with Mac, my Golden Retriever.
